Your satisfaction matters to us. This policy outlines how returns, refunds, and exchanges work for purchases made from Shyam Vanshi Pethe Wale (S S TRADERS).


1. Return Eligibility

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all labels intact.

  • A valid invoice or order ID is required to process the return.


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened or partially consumed food/perishable products.

  • Items marked as “non-returnable” or “final sale”.

  • Gift cards, coupons, and promotional products.

  • Products that are damaged due to incorrect storage, mishandling, or misuse.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged item,

  • A defective product, or

  • An incorrect order,
    please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
    Share clear photos/videos of the packaging and product.
    Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.


4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp with order ID, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Return the product using the original packaging. Pickup may be arranged depending on the case.

  4. Once received, we will inspect and process your refund or exchange.


5. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item is inspected and approved.

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

  • It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

  • If the item is not in acceptable condition, a partial refund or rejection may apply.


6. Exchanges

We provide exchanges only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
For other reasons, please place a new order after your return/refund is completed.


7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch—contact us immediately.

  • If the order has already been shipped, it can only be handled through the return process once delivered.


8. Return Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping is free if the error is from our side (damaged/incorrect product).

  • For all other returns, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund or paid by you.


9. Delayed Refunds

If your refund seems delayed:

  1. Check with your bank or payment provider.

  2. If you still haven’t received it, contact us for support.
